Chief Executive Officer
Séamus Dunne is chief executive officer of Mcor technologies (since June 2018). Mcor, headquartered in Ireland, provides innovative 3D printing solutions. Mcor uses paper-based Selective Deposition Lamination (SDL) technology with Inkjet printing, to provide unique and industry leading full color, professional and office friendly printing systems. Mcor’s solutions are used in industrial, professional, consumer and education applications.
Dunne is former vice president and GM, data center services business, of Hewlett-Packard enterprise. Based in Houston, Texas, he led and transformed HPE’s $5Bn services business to help customers in 170 countries better operate their IT infrastructure and evolve their data centers towards hybrid IT deployments of private and public cloud, and traditional IT.
Dunne joined HP’s Inkjet business in 1996 as operations director and relocated to HP’s Corvallis, Oregon, site. He returned to Ireland to lead a green field start-up of color Inkjet operations where he built and developed engineering and manufacturing teams. During his time in HP’s Inkjet business until 2008, he led organizations in the US, Ireland, Puerto Rico, and Singapore to develop and launch numerous generations of thermal inkjet products, achieving over $5Bn of revenue.
Dunne graduated from Trinity College, Dublin, with a BSc (Hons). He works with and advises several London based investments networks and partners with early-stage companies to help them scale-up and develop new and recurring revenue streams.
Dr. Conor MacCormack
Co-founder & Chief Innovation Officer
Formerly site manager for a 5th Framework European project with Airbus, principal investigator with SPS Technologies in the US aerospace sector, and with a PhD in mechanical engineering, Dr. MacCormack co-founded Mcor Technologies in 2005 to democratise innovation by creating accessible tools based on paper-based Selective Deposition Lamination (SDL) technology. Dr. MacCormack has served as Mcor CEO since 2007 during which the company launched industry-changing products and generated worldwide recognition and demand. Mcor has also won competitions and awards, most recently Best of Innovation Award at CES 2016. Under Conor’s time as CEO, Mcor has doubled its’ revenue and employees year on year over the last 4 years, raised over $16million from private and Venture Capital sources and built up a patent portfolio of over 40 patents. Conor’s vision is to build his R&D focused business into a billion dollar Irish based company.
Co-founder & Chief Technology Officer
Fintan MacCormack leads the company’s technical development as Chief Technical Officer. A qualified aircraft mechanic and graduate from the prestigious Temple University in the US in electrical engineering, Fintan has accumulated a vast amount of experience in control systems and machine software development with the world’s leader in wire bonding machines in the semi-conductor industry Kulicke and Soffa Industries. Kulicke and Soffa supply machines to the likes of Intel, Lexmark, AMD and NVIDIA. Fintan also worked with RCA in Princeton NJ, and British Aerospace as a fabricator on the Harrier Fighter Aircraft.
Mcor Chief Marketing Officer, Deirdre MacCormack has gained transatlantic experience with companies such as Panavision New York, Golden Books Entertainment, Carlsberg, Vodafone and Cadburys in a variety of marketing roles. Deirdre brings a wealth of experience and a highly regarded reputation in marketing including social marketing, public relations, website marketing, content, events, sales enablement and lead generation. Deirdre has been CMO since 2006 and has successfully launched four flagship products and brought Mcor to success in several business/marketing awards. Deirdre herself scooped silver in the 2015 Stevie Awards for Women in Business, in the category of Female Executive of the Year – Business Products. Deirdre holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and the Conlon Memorial Gold Medal Award for outstanding achievement in her Masters of Science in Advertising degree from Dublin Institute of Technology. Deirdre is Deputy Chair on the Fab Foundation Ireland (FFI) board and a member of the Women in 3D Printing network.
Chief Financial Officer
Eoin joined Mcor with over 20 years of finance and management experience in the IT, Energy, Mining and Oil & Gas sectors. He served as CFO of Falcon Oil & Gas Ltd, a Toronto Venture Exchange/London AIM listed company, and held senior management positions at Sandvik Mining, GE Energy, Flexicom and Berlitz. Eoin is charged with building out the financial operations of the Company in order to lead Mcor through its continued rapid growth. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). He holds B.Sc (Mgmt) from Trinity College Dublin.
Chief Revenue Officer
Bryan has held various leadership sales roles in the Additive Manufacturing arena over the last 16 years including Additive Manufacturing, Rapid Prototyping, 3DPrinting, 3D Scanning and Machine tool Industries. Bryan worked in equipment sales for Emco UK who are one of the world’s most successful AM distributors in the education space. He was a regional sales manager for Z-Corporation, 3D Systems and Mcor and held the role of VP of Global Sales and Services at Mcor during the period 2014 – 2017. Most recently he served as VP of Global Sales at Rize managing global business.
Bryan is also a time served engineer and a graduate of product design engineering. He has been a development engineer & project manager and has a broad understanding of the ground level applications for 3D printing. Bryan brings a diversified wealth of expertise that includes worldwide sales leadership, channel management, channel recruitment and business development.
